New construction and additions

Foam in new walls and roofs, planned with the builder before the drywall goes up.

On a new build or addition, foam is usually discussed with the wall system: closed-cell in the cavity, or a hybrid with a thin foam layer and batts. The right one depends on the plans and the budget.

Insulation goes in after framing, wiring and plumbing rough-ins and before drywall, so timing matters. Tell us when framing finishes and who your builder is, and we plan thickness and inspection timing with them.
